The seed for this company was planted by our Founder Chairman, Lt. Shri K.L. Gupta, in 1940 when he mastered the art of making handmade glass beads at the young age of 18. The meteoric rise and global expansion of the company were heavily driven by the strategic vision, leadership, and operational scale brought in by Mr. Raj Kumar Gupta. Under his guidance, the business expanded into modern manufacturing facilities, streamlined supply chain networks across Delhi, Noida, and regional hubs, and established a firm footing in international markets.
